Program Delivery

Enrol your eligible staff into our apprenticeship program where your staff will receive industry recognised training and qualification. Your apprentice will also receive certificates in:

  • Food Safety Handler (FSH)
  • Food Safety Supervisor (FSS).
  • Provide First Aid

These courses can be attended at our Sydney, Parramatta or North Sydney, Chatswood training centres along with on the job work based learning.

Our qualified trainers visit your worksite regularly to provide on the job training and assessment and to assist the employer with their training needs.

Hospitality Training Australia supply all your learning resources using a student workbook which is offered in print format or online.

There are many benefits of workplace based training however principally it allows Hospitality Training Australia's trainer/ assessor to develop your skills in your own workplace. Our trainer works with your chef, manager and/or employer to develop a learning plan that will benefit you and the needs of their hospitality venue.

This process ensures that training is current and aligned to meet the needs of your employers business. Employers may be entitled to Government funding for eligible apprentices.
