Diploma in Hospitality
The Diploma of Hospitality offers student the opportunity to major in Kitchen Management or Food & Beverage Operations.
Pre requisites for enrolling in the Diploma is successful completion of up to Certificate IV in Hospitality (Supervision) as either a Certificate III in Hospitality (Food & Beverage) graduate or a Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery or Patisseries).
Participants learn how to recruit staff, develop legal knowledge required in business, roster staff, business relationship management, marketing strategies, writing and managing budgets, customer service and managing workplace diversity.
USI: The Commonwealth Government have recently introduced 'Unique Student Identifier' numbers. It's mandatory that all students attending this course register for a free USI prior to commencement. Registering only takes a few minutes.
The total cost of the 20 week course is $5,600.00.
The course costs entitle eligible students to receive:
- Student workbooks for all study modules;
- Full participation in all training and assessment activities;
- Diploma in Hospitality
- Resume development assistance;
- Work placement assistance and post training support sessions with students;
- Apron; waiters friend; shirt; diary, pen and bag.
