Description

Certificate II in Hospitality (Food & Beverage) provides participants with a suite of skills they need to work in hospitality.

Participants are trained in the "service cycle" and learn everything from setting tables, to seating customers, to taking orders, to serving drinks, serving plates of food, clearing tables and finalising the customer account and then everything in between.

Participants are also trained in bar operations and learn how to set up a bar for service, take drink orders and then prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, including Cocktails prepare and finalise customer accounts and process financial transaction.

Participants also undertake Provide First Aid.

Barry is a highly experienced RSA and RCG trainer having been in the industry for many years. Barry works for us at both our Sydney Training Centre and our Parramatta Training Centre. Courses Barry Teaches RSA - Responsible Service of Alcohol Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)    
Rachel is one of our friendly receptionists here at our Sydney Training Centre always happy to help with your enquiries. Currently studying a Bachelor of Primary Education Rachel works for us Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays.

Course Cost

The $1200.00 enrolment fee entitles eligible individual students to receive:

  • Student workbooks for all study modules;
  • Full participation in all training and assessment activities;
  • Certificate II in Hospitality and Statement of results
  • Resume development assistance;
